We want you to love every item you purchase from us. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order based on your personal selections of size, color, and glitter options.
Because these items are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect made-to-order item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

Items that are not made to order may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at: customerservice@partyshapes.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions and confirm eligibility before you ship anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
After your order is returned, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
