Processing Time
Most orders are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship most orders via UPS Ground from our workshop in Flora, Indiana (ZIP 46929).
Delivery times depend on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Orders over $50.00 are eligible for free shipping.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Party Shapes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with UPS to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
